We start with gathering existing data from internal departments on things like retention & sickness. Once we've introduced ourselves, we begin to track people's productivity, stress, engagement and happiness. We ask questions about peoples perceptions on the companies purpose, strategy and development. We repeat this process at the start, middle chapters and end of our work. We can also install Cube sensors to measure environmental factors in your space.
Once we have access to all the data, we start looking for the gaps between the data and the qualitative ethnographic Fieldwork. We use some of the data during the playback/exhibition phase of our work, so people can discuss what we find.
