I didn't take this today

I didn't take this today, but it sums up how I have felt. I did some work on an important project this morning, and for a while it’s felt like I’ve been in a fog, not sure how to move it forward. Well today, I did some writing and thinking, and it felt good. 

I took this photograph at about 6 one morning, after a night of wild camping at Angle Tarn in the Lakes. I always awake early, and when I’m somewhere like this I like to go for a wander and see what I can find. On this occasion, I mainly saw fog and heard the close cries of deer, but every now and then, the fog cleared, and I saw distant mountains. It’s logged as one of my favourite moments in life.
