Heard about this company at interesting2008 - the scotch egg has long been a favourite of mine.  My brother Simon calls it “sausage, egg and breadcrumbs, breakfast for the man on the move”.  Dev from Coronation street once called it “a hard boiled egg in a pork sausage jacket”.
