Just found this amazing site with loads of stories of abandoned buildings and places around the world.  So, I’m only a few stories in, but I’ve already stumbled upon a piece on the Castle Bravo atomic bomb test, the biggest bomb tested by the USA.  It ended up being 3 times more powerful than the scientists expected and caused an outrage around the world.  The underwater images of the ships that were used to test the bombs potential for damage are pretty impressive and eierie.
