The Rip by Portishead

I love it when a piece of music sends shivers down my spine.  I must admit, Portishead have done that with a few of their tracks in the past.  I can’t really put into words how I felt when I heard The Rip.  It is beautiful, and I’m not ashamed to say almost made me cry I loved it so much.  When those drums and synths come in, that combination, with Beth’s voice, oh my god.  It’s amazing.
