This story popped up in my news feed today. I guess it combines two things I am passionate about. LCD Soundsystem and burgers.

Help preserve our hamburger heritage - eat real burgers, visit real places.

George Motz is a film maker, he’s shot ads and music video’s for LCD Soundsystem, hence this story finding it’s way into my feeds. But he’s also obsessed with hamburgers. So much so, that he’s made a film about them called Hamburger America. This clip is from that film. It’s a scene shot in Dyer’s Burgers, the home of the deep fried burger. Guessing that’s not too healthy, especially as they haven’t changed the oil for 90 years.
