Transcription: Sound

Went to this last night.  It’s part of the National Galleries collaboration with various colleges.  They’ve done animation with Saint Martins and shorts with the London Film School, which I haven’t checked out yet.

So the 9 students from Ravensbourne College got to pick from all the paintings in the NG and come up with some sound design to accompany.  I was impressed with a couple, the ones that used voice and language, but some were like weak incidental film music scores with a few sound fx thrown in.  The films arn’t available online yet, but they will be soon.
