Everyday Fieldwork - Squeezing

The hot dog seller had a smile on her face, apart from when applying mustard to the hot dogs, when her face becomes concentrated. She works in a small single room building in a car park in the city of Reykjavik, Iceland. The room is part office, part storage and part kitchen. They only sell hot dogs and soda. They have pictures on the wall of famous people that have been customers including Bill Clinton. A customer waits patiently in the cold January air, cash in hand, watching her lunch being made.
