ROC Listening Post - Contact Mic Recording

I spent a wet and windy weekend at Newhaven Fort on a Jez Riley French Fieldwork recording workshop. This is one of the recordings I captured using a contact microphone attached to some cables on top of a hill.

Despite working with sound most of my life, there was obviously lots to learn. I'm looking forward to getting out and recording more sounds.
