Planning the West Highland Way Hike

Back in September 2017 I visited the Highlands of Scotland with my brother. We camped on this amazing island near Balmaha. We only spent one night there, but it was quite an experience. I knew I’d want to go back with Emily at some point. Well, we are going to walk the West Highland Way, and this place is the first stopping point at the end of day one. We are going to walk the 100 miles in May, hopefully just before the female midges hatch. I’m so excited.
